HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Don askes to have a phone interview before scheduling your appointment to determine the appropriateness of the referral. If deemed so, an agreeable time will be scheduled.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING MY FIRST THERAPY SESSION?
The first session is usually an intake assessment. Don will ask about your reasons for seeking therapy, your background, and any specific concerns. This helps create a safe space where you can begin to set goals and feel comfortable sharing at your pace.
DOES YOUR OFFICE TAKE MY INSURANCE?
Yes, we takes most insurances. Call the office with your insurance information and we will gladly clarify your coverage.
When you meet with Don, bring up any and all concerns you may have. During that time, Don can work out a payment plan that will meet your situation.
WHAT IF I HAVE A HIGH DEDUCTIBLE?
